Middletown's goals cannot be achieved without working in partnership with all citizens.  We are committed to providing opportunities for a broad range of citizen involvement, learning, and information sharing in an effort to enhance effectiveness and improve on all already outstanding quality of life in Middletown.  

With this in mind, the members of our Community are committed to improving the quality of life for citizens by involving volunteers who offer their time, effort, and talents to serve in many capacities. As an active community, we strive to incorporate volunteers into all facets of activites/organizations in meaningful ways.
